January is always the month where many people try and get their tushies back into the gym and eat a little healthier. I’m sure its pretty obvious from my previous posts that I have a killer sweet tooth so sometimes I find it hard to stay away from the sweet stuff which is why I looked online for some healthy snack recipes that are still tasty! Luckily I came across a great recipe to make No Flour, No Oil and No added sugar banana muffins! I know it may sound like they would taste like cardboard but they were amazing! I added blueberries and raspberries to mine and they were a real treat.

Ingredients
3 Mashed Ripe Bananas
1 cup Skimmed milk
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Applesauce
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
3 cups of Oatmeal
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Extras: Blueberries, Raisins, Raspberries, Chocolate Chips or whatever floats your boat!
How To
 
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
 Divide batter into muffin tin lined with baking cups (Should make 12 muffins)
Bake for 25-30 minutes until slightly brown on top.
Now sit down and enjoy your guilt free snack!
