With only two weekends left before my Christmas Trip home to Ireland, I was determined to fit in brunch at my all time favourite place in the West Village, Cornelia Street Cafe. Located right off Bleeker Street, this place just reminds me of a Parisian Cafe in so many ways. They even have outside seating so you can people watch while indulging in one of the best brunches in the city! After a morning training session at The PE Club, I was really excited for my weekly cheat meal of Challah French Toast with seasonal fruits and maple syrup. Cathal got The Farmers Breakfast of Eggs with bacon and rosemary potatoes which was equally as delicious (I had to have a taste, for research purposes!)
The best thing about this place is how insanely affordable it is, by New York standards at least. They have a great pre-fix menu where you get a starter, a main, a cheeky cocktail and tea or coffee all for $25! Of course with this comes a little bit of a wait for a table but trust me it’s worth it! Plus I hear Gwyneth Paltrow visits every time she’s in town!!

Afterwards we walked around my favourite part in the city, The West Village. Honestly exploring the tiny streets and admiring the ultimate dream houses is the best way to burn off those brunch calories!
Have a great week everyone!
