Oprah Winfrey said that one of the best thing she does in her life is keeping a gratitude journal where she writes down everything she’s grateful for on a daily basis. She said that once she started doing this, her blessings started to multiply and her reasoning for this is that you “radiate and generate more goodness for yourself when you’re aware of all you have, instead of focusing on what you don’t have”

Recently with the fast pace of life in NYC, I’ve been finding that its very easy to get run down and focus on the small annoying things of every day life instead of looking at the bigger picture and how many things I have to be grateful for.  I’ve always been an inherently positive person and always want to be thought of as one of those people who makes you feel light and cheerful when in my presence. When I first heard of the Happiness Planner, I knew this would be a fun way for me to reflect on all of my blessings (plus I’m a TOTAL stationary hoarder so there’s that side of it too!)

The Happiness Planner is a journal that’s designed to make you plan ahead and integrate happiness habits into your daily life over the course of 100 days. Each page starts with  a beautifully positive quote followed by places to write your to do lists, your meals, your exercises as well as what you are most grateful for that day. I’m excited to start using mine and start oozing that positivity! When I shared it on my snapchat (michaelabear1) the other day, many of you were wondering where you could get yours so I’ve included a link at the bottom of the post!
