Ever since I met Cathal it has become a tradition to make an extravagant cake every year for his birthday! This year my intention was to bake a cake in a Maison Jar with bright frosting and confetti sprinkles. It came out pretty well but really couldn’t compare to other cakes I’ve made over the years. Nevertheless it’s a cute and easy idea if any of you fancy baking a cake for somebody special!
