Happy Tuesday from New York everyone! This is my last post from my little vacation last week in Cape Cod. Since I got back to the Big Apple things have been quite hectic running around meeting friends and trying to get our life on track over here. Setting up in New York can be quite stressful so I’m very grateful that I had the opportunity to spend a week in Boston with family. I don’t know if I’m getting a little older or something but it definitely gave me a new found respect for the suburbs. The beautiful wild flowers, the little league baseball games and even the typical generic shopping malls, theres something strangely comforting about it all!
This black poofy skirt is one I picked up recently in H&M, I swear you can’t walk out of that store empty handed! One thing I’m constantly keeping in mind when shopping over here, is buying pieces that work for all seasons, including the harsh New York winters and I think this skirt will be even cuter with some opaque tights when the time comes!
