One thing I’m always on the look out for is the perfect “LBD”. We all know I’m a lover of all things black by now but theres something about a great black dress that makes it the perfect piece for wearing to work or to dinner and drinks at the weekend! As simple as it may seem, having pieces that are multi functional, especially here in New York, makes your outfit planning a whole lot easier! I picked this beauty up in Zara last week when it reminded me of those dream “Self Portrait” dresses.
I wore it out to dinner this weekend to celebrate my boyfriend Cathal’s Birthday! It’s hard to believe that this is his 6th Birthday that we’ve spent together and while I don’t talk about him too much here on the blog, he really deserves a lot of credit for being such a supporter of me and Life of a Lady Bear! I’m definitely lucky to have found such a great person to share this whirlwind of a journey here in NYC with and for that I’m forever grateful.
