Hi Everyone! The further I go into my twenties, the more I’m realising that personal style is an ever changing thing. While I absolutely adore fashion and reading other style blogs and magazines to see the latest trends, I can safely say that I’m not one to go out and buy something just because the cool kids are wearing it. When I first left college, like many of you I’m sure, I was a regular visitor to my favourite high street stores like H&M, Zara, Forever 21 and Topshop. But recently I’m learning the value of investing in higher end items that will remain staples in my wardrobe for years to come. Living in New York has deepened my love for all black everything and neutral colours but every now and again its fun to think outside the box with a fun statement piece!
When I saw this Elizabeth and James Sweater (which is on sale right now in Bergdorfs) I knew I just had to have it. There’s nothing I love more than an oversized sweater that will keep me warm in this particularly freezing spring. In other news I’m excited to share with you guys that you can now shop my looks through RewardStyle here on my blog and LiketoKnow.it on Instagram. Many of you said that you wished it was easier to find my outfits online so hopefully this will do the trick. All of the items I’m wearing will appear at the end of each outfit post where you can click on the photo and it will take you straight to the item!
It’s been such a hectic few days between having visitors from Ireland and recovering from a very fun St.Patricks Day that I completely forgot that Easter is this weekend! Usually it’s a day spent with my family and a nice home cooked dinner but this year Cathal and I will be spending it in a nice restaurant here in New York (One of the perks of not being able to cook!)
