GOOD LORD ANOTHER MONDAY IS UPON US! I swear to god, time needs to slow the eff down! Yesterday was such a beautiful day here that Summer is officially on my mind. Dreading the wicked heat yet excitedly planning weekend trips for Memorial day and Labor day all has me stressed out about my lack of a summer wardrobe (first world problems, I know!). I’m slowly starting to add a couple of Summer staples to my wardrobe but the biggest challenge is finding cute pieces that are suitable for work and after work activities! J Crew is a store that really does cater to both! When I saw this ruffled sleeved t-shirt, I adored how fun it was while still being classy and sticking to my beloved monochrome theme! Hi Guys! I hope your week is going well! I am absolutely stunned that it’s May already. It’s crazy to me that Summer is already just around the corner and that it’s nearly one year since I moved to New York!  Last month I started trying something new where I set goals for myself to achieve each month, whether it’s fitness, career or blogging goals and I found it so great to keep myself accountable! One of my main goals for the month of May is to try something new each  week. I’ve been dying to take some classes in calligraphy, flower arranging and photography just for fun so I’m definitely going to try them over the next few weeks!

Hi Guys! I hope your week is going well! I’ve been in awe of the beautiful weather here in NYC since coming back from Ireland! I always used to say that Autumn was my favourite season in New York, but I’m definitely starting to fall in love with Spring here. The city is literally filled with blooming tulips that make it even more picturesque than usual. It’s nice to finally be putting away my winter clothes in exchange for some spring staples, like this off the shoulder shirt I picked up in Zara recently! While I’m not usually one to hop on the latest trends, I’m certainly loving this one.
