The buildup to Christmas in New York started as soon as the Thanksgiving Day Parade ended. Since then, the city has been sparkling even more than usual. After a morning training session at The PE Club, I was really excited for my weekly cheat meal of Challah French Toast with seasonal fruits and maple syrup. Cathal got The Farmers Breakfast of Eggs with bacon and rosemary potatoes which was equally as delicious (I had to have a taste, for research purposes!)
